"Decent gift idea, but I wouldn’t fully trust it again"
I thought this would be a cute gift, but once it arrived, it felt way too specific for my niece and not as easy to gift as I expected. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d confidently buy again. it made me lose a bit of trust in the recommendation

Adding more pearls was really easy and didn’t take much time at all. The site was simple to use too. My only regret is not doing it sooner, though I do wish the checkout process had been a little quicker

I started an Add-A-Pearl necklace for my daughter, and I have to say, it feels really meaningful. My mom did something similar for me when I was little, so I thought it would be a sweet tradition to pass down. The pearl itself was pretty, and the box was cute too. Shipping was slower than I would’ve liked, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the experience. For us, it’s more about the sentiment behind it.

Ordering was easy, so no complaints there, but the shipping felt slower than I expected. I also never really got any follow-up or update, which was frustrating because I wasn’t sure what was going on with my order. The pearl does look nice now that it’s here, so overall I’m mostly satisfied, but the communication could’ve been better.

I ordered from addapearl.com and the prices felt fair compared to a few other sites I looked at. Nothing seemed crazy marked up or anything, and checkout was clear the whole way. Just nice to buy something and not feel like I got kinda pushed into paying more than I should’ve.

"Pearl didn’t quite match"
I ordered a replacement pearl for my bracelet and kind of assumed it would be close enough since it looked similar online. Quick mental shortcut, I guess. In person, the color and size are a bit off compared to the older ones. From a distance it passes, but up close it’s not the best match.

I got this pearl to put on my daughter’s necklace, and it was nicer than I was expecting. The shine on it was good, and with the other pearls, well it matched.

It didn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all, which I was happy about. I did keep turning it around and checking it a few times because picky I can be, but I didn’t notice any major flaws.

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the size details could have been easier to compare before ordering. But the pearl itself, no real complaints from me.

I’ll admit the packaging looked nice and it did feel like some care went into it. The box was when I opened it, which I appreciated. But the ribbon was bent, and that really annoyed me because it seems like such an easy thing for whoever packed it to catch. It kind of ruined the polished look they were obviously going for
